that better fits their budget. Others work better in individual sessions with a
personal trainer. At Local Fit, we offer our clients the option to get coached
personally with 1-on-1 customized training sessions, or within groups.

approach your fitness, exercise and health program to include cardio,
endurance, movement strength and power. We have created a safe, fun, and
educational experience for all of our clients.

John Maher, Owner and Personal Trainer
With over 15 years of experience and
more than 10,000 personal training sessions John has helped hundreds of
individuals achieve their fitness goals! His core focus is creating healthy
habits within the gym that empower an individual's mind and body in their
everyday life. From injury rehab, weight loss, strength training, flexibility,
toning, and nutritional guidance coach John has professional as well as
personal experience in every aspect of wellness.
